Recommended Application
For smaller joints and muscles, usually one application will suffice. Apply to the entire area with a gentle massaging action.
For larger joints and muscles, apply to the entire area bearing in mind that there is so much more depth to cover as well as linear area. Then wait for about two minutes then reapply. As you reapply, feel for areas of sensitivity and gently massage those areas. Use as needed but especially use at bedtime. Nighttime is when your body heals.
For musculoskeletal autoimmune conditions, adding our CBD tincture to your regimen will help.Consider starting with a 250 mg tincture in a 30ml bottle.
Do not apply to open wounds or abrasions.
