Recommended Application
For smaller joints and muscles, usually one application will suffice.
Apply to the entire area with a gentle massaging action.
For larger joints and muscles, apply to the entire area then wait for about one and a half minutes then reapply if needed. As you reapply, feel for areas of sensitivity and gently massage VitalSYS™ into the area. Use as needed but especially use at bedtime. Nighttime is when your body heals.
Do not apply to open wounds or abrasions.
